Nowadays, couples would never do their wedding without having a pre-wedding photoshoot. This is because it has become a tradition. Long before this trend, our ancestors lived a much simpler life.
Marriage was the goal and there was no so much ‘paparazzi attached to it. Since we belong to the ‘pre-wedding photogeneration, we may want to consider the following when choosing a location for this ‘must-have’ activity:
1.The place of your wedding proposal
You can use the place he proposed for your pre-wedding photoshoot. Don’t just do the classic good spot, make it symbolic. It becomes more elaborate when the reception plays a video of the proposal and the pre-wedding shoot.
2. A Posh hotel or resort
This is overused and recycled in different ways, but it is still a good venue. Hotels or resorts with a good backdrop also helps to tell a story. You don’t need to stand in a spot and just take the pictures.
3. Monumental places, museums and conservation centres
If you are a couple that has eyes for arts and culture, conservation centers or museums would be favourites. They provide the wildlife story to it. Museums also give you that old feel and antiquity, like you want your marriage to be.
4. The Beach or Water Backdrop
There are so many places on the beach you can use the water, the sand, the cabanas or sheds, the playground, on a yacht or boat if you want. The Beach also provides a nice background to your shoot. You have to also remember that the photographer has to be able to tell a story and not just click.
5. In the stadium
If you are sport-loving couple, the stadium would not be bad. Get sporty and use the football pitch as a good background for your photos.
