It’s been more than a year since his divorce from his ex-wife, Zainab Otiti-Obanor, and we believe that’s enough time to find love again. The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, made the announcement through his social media platforms of the new development in his love life. Praising her beauty, the monarch thanked God for his new Olori, Queen Morenike Naomi Oluwaseyi.

“I waited patiently upon the Almighty the King of kings, he eventually did it in the midst of many trials.” He said. “Shilekunola, Morenike, Naomi; the greatest arsenal you can apply on this highly revered throne with many rules and regulations in the midst of undiluted tradition, heritage and culture is the ‘Fear Of God In You’, which is the beginning of your wisdom on this throne of Oduduwa. You are welcome home my beautiful and adorable queen.’’
We love the Ooni’s undiluted and sincere expression of love and our congratulations are in order. However, there’s more to his newly wedded wife than her good looks and the internet was quick to dig up facts, as usual.
Here’s all you need to know about the Olori.
She’s 25 years Old
It is said that when it comes to love, age is just a number. The Ooni of Ife is in his forties, but this didn’t hinder their union.

She’s an evangelist and prophetess
It is rare to see 25-year-old lady dedicating her life to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. She began ministering at the age of 18 and became a full-time evangelist in 2011. Her love for God is one of the reasons the Ooni was attracted to her according to his statement. However, many view her marriage to the Ooni of Ife who is a traditionalist as backsliding from her relationship with God.
She’s the founder of En-Heralds interdenominational church
Still, on her spiritual achievements, she founded a church, En-Heralds, in Ondo state.
She’s a public speaker
She engages in public speaking and is also passionate about youth empowerment in Nigeria.
