Nigeria’s Super Falcons striker Asisat Oshoala’s stunning bicycle kick goal for her former club, Barcelona Femení, has been named the Women’s Champions League Goal of the Season by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).
Oshoala’s goal was the fifth in Barcelona’s 5-0 win over Benfica, securing their UEFA Women’s Champions League title.
UEFA announced on social media, “The top ten goals of the 2023/24 UEFA Women’s Champions League campaign have been chosen by UEFA’s Technical Observer panel.
