Burna Boy Thinks Voting Is A Waste Of Time

Burna boy who, though vocal about the music industry, has never been one to delve into political matters has broken his silence. The reggae crooner is saying what many Nigerians are probably thinking – your vote does not count!
On his Instagram story, Burna made it clear – in the most vulgar way possible – that he would not be casting his vote in the coming election, and he gave his reasons.

While in the past, votes have been proven to be inconsequential to the final results, thanks to the cesspool of corruption in the country that encourages rigging, it would be foolhardy to throw in the towel as youths and refuse to vote. Our redemption could tarry, but it may never come if we don’t exercise our rights to vote.
