Everyone who is conversant with the recent social media trending news knows that Black Chyna is coming to Nigeria. The controversial businesswoman, model and former stripper isn’t the first international personality to come to the country, however, it is her reason for her first-time visit that is causing a major ruckus on social media.
Joining forces with Dencia, the CEO of Whitenicious, Blac Chyna is set to launch her bleaching cream in Nigeria.

This may be a smart business move because according to the World Health Organization (WHO) 77% of Nigerian Women already use skin lightening products on a regular basis.
Despite this figure, Nigerians have taken to social media to express their disgust at Chyna’s clear colourism.
Blac Chyna is going to Lagos, Nigeria to promote a bleaching cream and I am honestly disgusted.

As you await the launch of Blac Chyna bleaching products in Lagos this weekend, this is a simple reminder that you are about to buy a cream that will ruin your kidneys, destroy your natural skin, compromise your liver, make you vulnerable to skin cancer and slowly end your life.

I have a personal vow with myself to avoid arguing with other BW on social media however @BLACCHYNA you’re a dickhead for this. As a BW and as a Nigerian I think you’re vile for being complicit in something so damaging. Bleaching creams are not cool. pic.twitter.com/qgS2tBwcyX
