AI Robots are gearing up for the maiden edition of the ‘Miss AI’ beauty pageant as the fresh artificial intelligence contest is prepared to reward the finest chatbot models with substantial cash prizes.
Fanvue, a subscription-based social media platform, revealed the launch of “Miss AI,” the world’s inaugural beauty pageant for AI-generated models, scheduled for May. Participants will be evaluated on their aesthetic appeal, technological prowess, and online influence, vying for the coveted Miss AI title.
This event, an extension of the World AI Creator Awards (WAICAs), which celebrates artificial intelligence content creators worldwide, will showcase digital divas crafted to captivate both the visual senses and digital sphere. A panel of judges including beauty pageant expert Sally-Ann Fawcett, alongside AI influencers Aitana Lopez and Emily Pellegrini, will meticulously select the most outstanding and alluring robots.
Organisers stated, “Each judge will leverage their vast expertise to assess contestants across three fundamental categories.” A scoring system will rank creators based on these categories, determining an overall winner. The top-performing AI model will secure an impressive $13,000 prize package, comprising a $5,000 cash award, a $3,000 mentorship scholarship, and $5,000 worth of public relations support.
Runners-up will also be rewarded handsomely, with the second and third places receiving $5,000 and $2,000, respectively. To qualify for consideration, AI-generated photos must be entirely produced by AI technology, with creators being at least 18 years old.
“Contestants will be evaluated on traditional pageant criteria such as beauty, composure, and their innovative responses to thought-provoking questions like, ‘If given a dream to improve the world, what would it be?'” noted Fanvue. The utilisation of AI tools, including prompts and visual enhancements like detailed hands, eyes, and backgrounds, will also factor into contestants’ scores.
Furthermore, contestants’ social influence will be scrutinised based on their fan engagement metrics, audience growth rates, and activity across platforms like Instagram, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of their digital presence and impact.
