Since a large percentage of our time is spent at work, it would be disastrous and unfulfilling to be unhappy doing it. 8. Don’t take work home
As much as possible, leave work at the office. This does not mean you should have unfinished business but it means your home is for family and other commitments. Don’t include workload in the mix.
9. Concentrate on one task
The whole idea of multitasking is flawed. It is more productive to do one thing well at a time than several others partially. You should channel your energy to one task at time to get the best results than having divided attention.
10. Be a change agent
If you are still unhappy with certain things in your workplace, you should call the attention of your employers and make reasonable and cost-efficient suggestions. Instead of complaining about what is not working, you can be the solution provider.
