- Plan for the week
Use the weekend to plan and prepare ahead for the new week, You don’t want to be caught unawares. Plan your to-do list. Set out your work outfits and that of your children. Ensure you have everything you would need in place.

It would set the pace for the rest of the day. Practice mindfulness and meditation. Pray and order the course of your day.
3. Set your priorities
Don’t spend time on trivial things. Spend more time on activities that yield maximum results. You can use the 80/20 rule. Invest time and effort in the 20 percent that gives the 80 percent reward. Do the difficult tasks first before others.
4. Avoid distractions
In your workspace, avoid all forms of distractions e.g. Social media notifications, unnecessary phone calls, noise e.t.c. Keep your work space free so that you are fully committed to what you are doing. Learn to say no to distractions and other things that can tasks that can drain you.

We are big on multitasking as a skill. It could be draining. The best way to go about this is to focus on one task at a time for maximum output. Only do what only you can do.
