Gender bias in all walks of life prevents the advancement of women towards rich and fulfilling lives. The theme for the 2022 International Women’s Day #BreakTheBias calls us to consider the biases, stereotypes and discriminatory practices that hamper women’s advancement, and what we can all do to break free of them and create a more equal world. This year, Pride Magazine Nigeria shines the spotlight on amazing women who are consciously working to break the bias.
