#ThrowbackThursday: 5 breakup lines that never made sense

Break ups are hard. Nobody goes into a relationship having invested time and effort with the mind of breaking up at the end.

On #ThrowbackThursday, we take a look at some heartbreak lines that makes us feel low especially if it was the first relationship. Take a look:

1. You deserve better

This is a popular break up line that leaves one wondering what went wrong. Did the person breaking up all of sudden realise his supposed partner needed someone like Jesus who is perfect to?

2. I need to focus on my work

This excuse is not valid enough. Relationships are for people who work, it involves money. So how did work now become a barrier. People make spaces for priorities.

3. I need space

How much space does the person really need? 20 metres or less?

4. You are like a sister(brother) to me

All of sudden because the person is feeling the relationship no more, he or she thought it best to sister zone or brother zone.

5. I don’t want to hold you back

When you are not a rope, so how can you hold somebody back?
