This Wednesday, Pride Magazine Nigeria celebrates our woman crush, Viviane Mike-Eze, a results-driven and versatile professional with experience in marketing communications, human resources, and project management spanning four countries.
Fluent in French, English and Spanish, and with a first-class psychology degree from the University of Westminster, UK, as well as a master’s in human resources management from I.A.E Grenoble Business School, France, Viviane has worked hard and steadily to rise to the top of her field.
She began her career in human resources, first with the recruitment agency Anson Beckwith in the UK, then with the companies Europcar International in France and Kamaleo in Mexico. In 2012, she moved to Schneider Electric in Grenoble, France, starting off as an HR Generalist.
By 2013, she was serving as Training Manager – Access to Energy (CSR) Program and Training Center in Lagos, Nigeria, leading and supervising the technical training of those employed in Schneider Electric’s West Africa subsidiary. And with her continued demonstration of excellence, by 2016, she was defining and implementing the company’s regional marketing communications strategy as Marketing Communications Manager – Anglophone West Africa. As the communications manager, she collaborated with local and global sales and marketing teams to raise the brand’s visibility and further its connection to customers.
At the start of 2021, and after eight years at Schneider Electric, Viviane took a big leap and founded a marketing and communication agency, Éloge Consulting, where she also serves as the Chief Consultant. Éloge offers tailored services to a wide variety of clients, from start-ups to multinationals. Viviane confidently brings her years of acquired skills and expertise to provide her clients with excellent service which speaks to their needs and attracts the intended audience to key into the company’s value proposition.
Viviane has a stellar track record in building winning teams, leading projects, and delivering results. The sky is only the limit for Viviane, and we cheer her on as she continues on her upward trajectory.
