Nigerian music star, D’Banj yesterday, together with other celebrities around the world wished, self-acclaimed ‘Omo Baba Olowo’, David Adedeji Adeleke, better known as Davido, a happy birthday.
Born in Atlanta, United States, on November 21, 1992 to Osun State business mogul, Adedeji Adeleke and a late university lecturer, Veronica Adeleke, Davido clocked 30. He could not celebrate with the usual fan-fare, like he would, because of the recent loss of his first son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, whom he shares with his longtime lover, Chioma Rowlands.
In a message to the celebrant on Instagram, DBanj, who suffered a similar unfortunate incident a few years ago, noted that though this birthday may be a difficult one for Davido, but he should trust God, knowing that his restoration is certain.
