Organizers of Lock Down Nite with Naija Celebrities, have announced Saturday May 31, as d-day for the re-launch party of the much-talked about monthly celebrity club party.

Put together by Been There Entertainment, the show which is scheduled to hold at Rumours Lounge, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos is enjoying the partnership of popular radio station, City FM 105.1 FM.
According to the Chief Executive of Been There Entertainment, Mr. Afolabi Oyekoya, several music acts including Sean Tizzle, Oritse Femi, Sheyman, K Solo, Lace, Sagga Lee, Kzed, Hakym D Dream, and INK have been confirmed as performing artistes on the night, while comedian Omo Baba and City FM presenter, K Show will co-host the show.
The show made its debut in July, 2012, with the first three editions at The Place Night Club, GRA Ikeja, Lagos, and subsequently relocated to Club Rumours on Oduduwa Way, GRA Ikeja, where its last three editions took place before the hiatus.
The show has played host to a number of artistes including Tiwa Savage, Dr Sid, Wande Coal and D Prince, KCEE, Olamide, Flowssick, Jaywon, 2face Idibia, Vector, Chidima, Yaw, Gbenga Adeyinka, Elenu, Sound Sultan, V.I.P (Ghana), Dj Zeez, Brymo, Halle, Ink, Temisan, Reminisce, Tony tetuila, Artquake, fragrance, jaywon, koffi, Dammy Krane, Tunde Ednut, Orezi, Eldee D Don, Samklef, Orezi, LKT, Goldie , Terry D Rapman, General Pype, Kzeek , Sheyman, Saeon, Honey Bee, Zee, Terry Tha Rapman, General Pype, and several others, with Omobaba as its regular host.
Oyekoya who spoke on the rebound said: “We’ve received numerous calls from fans of the monthly gig to bring back the show. In the last three months we have been working round the clock to put in place modalities to make the show bigger and better. Right now, we are in partnership with City Fm 105.1 and a couple of other brands to make sure Lock Down Nite with Naija Celebs becomes a household name. Our dream is actually to have a mega concert to be tagged ‘Lock Down Naija Concert’ sometimes next year.”
Oyekoya who said the LDNWNC is strictly by invitation, noted that the show is being supported by an array of media organizations. Afolabi Oyekoya was an Entertainment Editor at City People Magazine, is manager to Fuji Star Pasuma Wonder. He runs a PR/Event Management Company, AO21 Media, and has just unveiled a new publication, Windz Extra.
