There it goes damp and moist inviting the humid scent of June
Downpour ultimately collected with a sentimental July – So clean and white
Thunder strikes, Lightening aches feeding on the fierce branches
falling helplessly to August
Clear as crystal with a calming sensation of September
Dryness carelessly creeping into fragile October filling the ground
with clotted moisture
Wind hauling to and from
– unto the skin – November rushing to save
The skin breaks and tears – Oh the cold! Received from November in
faith – December receives in contempt of humanity – the leaves falling
helplessly
January! Be not proud of the cold
February and March thy madness needs limit
Eager April came with the warmth and the sweetness
Happiness doesn’t last – May bringing the unbearable heat to earth.
