Oftentimes, we pay more attention to the outside than the inside. This is included in our dressing. Some ladies don’t mind buying expensive wigs, shoes, bags and makeup but their undies are nothing to write home about.
This does not mean that one’s undies must be expensive. The price and label of undies are not important factors at all. They should be of good quality, durable and serve their purpose. The undies she wears affects her confidence, posture and appearance.
Clothing experts say that ill-fitting clothes and undies can cause stress and headache. You don’t want to be that person adjusting undies in public. You have to know your size.
Speaking of bra sizes, they are measured in letters and numbers:
To measure the underbust:
1. While standing, hold a tape measure firmly around the body, directly under the bust. Allow your arms relax at both sides.
68-72cm= 32
73-77cm= 34
78-82cm=36
83-87cm= 38
88-92cm=40
Cup size: Overbust
Now measure around the part of the bust, making sure the tape is straight across the back. The difference between the underbust measurement (A) and the overbust measurement(B) gives the cup size.
Difference of 12-13 cm= A
14-16cm=B
17=18cm=C
19-20cm=D
21-22cm=DD
