Our Woman Crush Wednesday, Alero Yemiete doesn’t just manage brands; she sculpts them. With nearly a decade of experience spanning luxury, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, and technology, she transforms ideas into strategies that spark growth, ignite innovation, and leave lasting impressions.

At Montaigne Place, she blends elegance with strategy, crafting luxury experiences that resonate and endure. Previously, as Head of Marketing and Communications at Sudabelt Medical, she built the company’s marketing department from scratch, turning a blank canvas into a digital powerhouse. Her initiatives fueled a 228.9% rise in organic page growth, a 1,150% leap in social engagement, and transformed the company website into a sleek, AI-enabled platform that cut service downtime by 29%.

Alero’s campaigns go beyond marketing. She helped the training of over 280 cardiologists through the Strain Imaging Campaign, and empowered over 100 practitioners on non-invasive diagnostics via the Echocardiography Activation in collaboration with GE Healthcare and Nigerian Cardiac Society. Her bold, data-driven strategies earned seven awards, four industry recognitions, and a 16.1% increase in market share.

From launching ACO Nigeria into a competitive market to introducing the Tryptex app at Smart Robot, Alero consistently turns vision into measurable success. Named among the Top 200 Global Women Power Leaders in 2025, she holds dual master’s degrees from Rome Business School and International University of Valencia, a Level 6 Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and executive leadership training from Lagos Business School.

Beyond corporate walls, she channels her expertise to uplift communities, spearhead free biomedical training with Nigeria’s Federal Government, volunteer for youth initiatives like the Digital Agendas Forum, and advance pharmacovigilance in collaboration with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).

Pride Magazine Nigeria is honoured to have Alero Yemiete as her Woman Crush Wednesday. She is a strategist, a mentor, and a catalyst, reshaping how brands and people thrive across Africa.
