Tosin Durotoye, our Woman Crush Wednesday is the director of GreenHouse Lab, the first female-focused tech accelerator program in Nigeria the only “Powered by Google” accelerator program in Africa. She’s also the Chief Operating Officer at FilmoRealty – a leading real estate services and PropTech solutions company based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Before joining GreenHouse Lab, Tosin worked as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Framework – an edutech company focused on affordable housing and based in Boston, USA. She also served for 8 years as a Manager at NeighborWorks America – an NGO founded by the United States Congress. In this role, she managed training programs and special projects for 250 NeighborWorks’ network organizations and grants totalling over $10M.
Tosin is also the Founder of The Bloom Africa, an initiative that curates engagements and spaces for ambitious African women to connect, learn and grow within Nigeria and across Africa and the Diaspora.
Tosin is an Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leader, Women in Africa Ambassador and Princeton Alumnicorps Emerging Leader.
