A Nigerian soft-sell, Icon Weekly, has apologised to popular singer, Tuface Idibia, over a publication linking the artiste with adultery. In its March edition, the weekly magazine had reported that one Teniola, a Lagos-based banker and graduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka, was pregnant for the award-winning music superstar. Consequently, 960 Music Group, Tuface Idibia’s management released a statement refuting the report, and slamming a N100 million suit on the news outfit. Bharti Airtel, India’s telecoms services provider with operations in 20 countries across Asia and Africa, announced that it had crossed the 300 million customer mark across its operations. The milestone includes customers across mobile, fixed line and DSL, and DTH services. Bharti Airtel, which began operations in 1995, reached the 100 million customers mark in 2009, and crossed the 200 million mark in 2012.
