A Yaba Magistrates Court on Monday ordered that Chidinma Ojukwu, the prime suspect in the murder of Super TV CEO, Usifo Ataga to be remanded for 30 days in jail. Chief Magistrate Adeola Adedayo who presided over the court hearing, also remanded Chidinma’s co-defendant, Adedapo Quadri on the same conditions. The latest court order comes after a remand application by police counsel Cyril Ejiofor, pending advice on the case from the Lagos State directorate of public prosecutions (DPP). Health authorities in Guinea have confirmed one death from Marburg virus, a highly infectious hemorrhagic fever similar to Ebola, the World Health Organization said on Monday.
