The Presidency on Monday clarified that the N5000 stipend electoral promise will still be paid to the vulnerable and poor Nigerians by President Muhammadu Buhari. The United States has completed its first uterus transplant surgery, following on a technique already proven in Sweden (late September 2014 ) that could help women suffering from infertility, the US Cleveland Clinic said on Monday. The nine-hour surgery took place on February 28th and the 26-year-old patient — whose identity was not revealed — was in stable condition, the hospital said in a statement.
