Style and Rhythm: Other Thoughts on Death (1)

If you know how to die,

You can easily live,

For now, you know the essence of life

And acknowledge that at death,

You give an account of it.

The young and the old,

Have seen, heard and felt the pain of death,

But I can tell you why Jesus 

Said the little children are the ones that

Inherit the Kingdom of God.

They think heaven is a place

Where they get their best presents,

And have food banquets without even thinking of them.

But as little children, 

They think they would live forever.

They think they have enough time to fulfil their dreams.

Therefore, when my little sister heard her uncle

Was dead,

I saw her minutes later,

Practicing her dance and song
