Nike is a woman on a mission focused on helping businesses move from lifetime to legacy, such that they build family empires that spans generations. With over a decade of family enterprise expertise in Nigeria, she continues to help owners lead their family organisations to actualise their long-term goals and visions. As a second-generation family business owner and family office pioneer, Nike also uses her personal experience to assist families in building and maintaining lasting legacies.
Nike co-founded African Family Firms, a pan-African association of family businesses focused on promoting generational wealth and generational legacies on the continent. Her passion for the preservation of family businesses is evident as the host of The Connected Generation podcast, a top-10 family business podcast dedicated to assisting the next generation in sustaining legacies. She expects to publish a book later this year titled Lifetime to Legacy: A New Vision for Multigenerational Family Businesses, to further provide individuals and families with the tools to achieve their goals.
