Nigeria’s culinary queen and former Guinness World Record champion, Hilda Baci, has been dethroned by Irish chef, Alan Fisher, who emerged victorious at a cook-a-thon. Guinness World Records made the momentous announcement via their official Twitter page today.
Alan Fisher, the skilled Irish chef, took on an extraordinary culinary feat by spending a remarkable 119 hours and 57 minutes cooking in his restaurant located in Japan, thereby surpassing Hilda’s previous record of 93 hours and 11 minutes. In addition to surpassing her record for the longest individual cooking marathon, Fisher also shattered the record for the longest individual baking marathon.
