A Ghanaian, Kwame Ebenezer, believed to be part of a “cocaine trafficking network in India” has been arrested with 160 kg of cocaine Detectives in India arrested him with the drugs at a hotel in Chennai. Narcotics Control Bureau officials said Kwame Ebenezer is part of a “multi-city drug trafficking network” busted the other day. Almost half of R341 million allocated the South African government for social housing in Eastern Cape province has found its way into the pockets of construction companies in two other provinces with whom there no agreements for such.
