The American stand-up comedian, producer and actor, Kevin Hart, is being sued for $60 million by Montia Sabbag, the woman he allegedly appeared in a sex tape with two years ago. Sabbag filed the suit, claiming that the sexual encounter with Hart in a Las Vegas hotel room was filmed without her knowledge or consent. She is accusing Hart of a number of charges including negligence, invasion of privacy, and infliction of emotional distress.
