Goddy Minabo Ibru has been relieved of his position as Director of Ikeja hotels. The pronouncement was made on Monday,December 1, 2014.
Goddy Ibru who belongs to the very popular Ibru dynasty was asked to quit being a director of the company by members of the board.
Though, no reason has been given so far, but we have it on good source that the board got tired of some of his antics and thereby asked for his removal. If the request to oust Ibru stays on the 6thof January next year, Olumide Braithwaith or Tunde Sarumi will replace him as the director of the company.
The members have demanded for an Extra-General Meeting (EGM) of the company to consider the requisition of the members concerning the aforementioned issue
