Our Woman Crush Wednesday, Seun Timi-Koleolu is a lawyer working in the fields of technology, foreign investments, data protection and corporate commercial law. She is the Managing Partner/Co-Founder of Pavestones, a full-service law firm with a particular interest in technology.
Seun, along with her team at Pavestones, has stood at the helm of structuring the entry and operations of foreign direct investors from various countries including South Africa, Malta, Hong Kong, Greece and England into the Nigerian market. The firm played a vital role in the establishment of multinational stores notably the first Nike store in West Africa and Pick n Pay.
Seun has a knack for collaborating with startups and technology companies. She employs an exceptional legal compass in navigating Nigeria’s legal and regulatory systems. A highly skilled team leader, one of her recent achievements was working with her team to help establish one of the first biometric payment servicing platforms in Nigeria.
Passionate and committed, Seun also through her legal practice seeks to improve the lives of others. She is involved in various CSR initiatives, including yearly academic scholarships for law students to Nigerian Law School, as well as for other underprivileged children to different educational establishments. Through the Pavestones Women Empowerment Program (PAWEP) initiative, she offers free legal services to 10 women in tech annually.

Seun graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree and Master of Laws degree from the University of Warwick and University College London respectively. Her firm Pavestones won African Law Firm of the Year (Small Practice) at the 2022 African Legal Awards.
