As part of its after sales support, Samsung Electronics has commenced upgrade of its products and Dr. Samsung Free Service Campaign train in Lagos for its clientele. This new development is a reaffirmation of Samsung’s commitment to provide clients with the latest products backed by superior service and a widespread after sales service network.
With this, consumers of Samsung devices such as mobile phones, television, audio visuals, digital cameras, IT products and home appliances are to benefit from the product upgrade and free services by SmartCare engineers at centres located in Ikeja City Mall and the Palms, Lekki, Lagos, beginning from Wednesday 25th June till Saturday 28th June 2014.
Recently, Dr. Samsung Free Service Campaign commenced in Abuja and Port Harcourt earlier this month. Products such as refrigerators, washing machines, room air conditioners and colour TVs over 22” screen size are expected to be serviced at the customers’ homes.
However, clients with products such as audio systems, DVDs, microwave ovens and 22” TVs are expected to bring them to special Samsung Smartcare centres for servicing or upgrade.
Mr. Brovo Kim, Managing Director, Samsung Electronics West Africa, said that Dr. Samsung is a reaffirmation of the company’s commitment to provide its clients with superior service and a nationwide after-sales service network.
According to him, Dr. Samsung offers free service or upgrade of all products bought in Nigeria which are under warranty with 50 percent discount for spare parts on out of warranty items.
