Having graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University with a BSc in Accounting, she proceeded to obtain her MBA from Warwick Business School UK, and is a . She has over two decades of work experience, including 13 years in strategic management positions, in financial technology, financial services and advertising. Before joining Capricorn Digital Ltd, Omotayo served as the Finance Director of Noah’s Ark – one of the leading media agencies in Nigeria, and was the Head of Finance at Steam and Global Broadcasting Ltd.
A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, she specialises in building agile operational teams, financial growth strategies, corporate accounting and sustainable business development.
Omotayo is a wife, mother and a strong advocate of children development. Her heart for children led to her involvement in different children-centric initiatives to see increased literacy rates and build positive communities. She co-founded DCS Academy, a digital platform that aims to provide a safe and interactive learning experience that enables children to learn through play. This stems from her desire to positively affect the lives of children in a society by providing fundamental resources in areas such as technology, safety, and creativity.
