How long do you want your hair to be? With the right routine and lifestyle, it is possible to grow long healthy hair. The following hacks would be helpful to achieve this:
1. Use Vitamin B-12
Vitamin B-12 is important for hair growth and hair health. A B-12 deficiency can be the reason for dry, thin, and brittle hair. Taking vitamin B-12 would prevent dandruffs and itching on the scalp.
2. Massage scalp
Massaging the scalp improves blood circulation. Blood flowing to the hair follicles stimulates its growth. Massage your head with your fingertips from all sides with gentle movements. You can do so while washing your hair.
3. Dry your hair properly
Instead of twisting or rubbing your hair up after washing, just blot it with a towel. Gently press the towel against the hair and remove the moisture.
4. Sleep of silk pillows
Cotton pillowcases draw moisture out of your hair and dry it out. This is not the case with silk pillowcase. Silk reduces the friction between the hair and the pillow and thereby reduces hairs damage.
5. Take care of the skin on your scalp

6. Rinse with cold water

7. Use Olive oil
Olive oil nourishes hair. It is rich in antioxidants and vitamin E good for hair growth. Olive oil also makes the hair shiny and soft. Take 1/4 cup of oil, and rub it into the scalp and hair with massaging movements for a few minutes. Cover your head with a cap and leave it on for 15-30 minutes and then wash it off with shampoo. You can mix olive oil with coconut and castor oil.
8. Moisturise your hair
Your hair needs moisture to grow well. Using egg yolk can help out. It contains lecithin, which helps moisturize the hair. Use 2 eggs and a couple of drops of lemon juice. Mix them with a whisk until foamy. Apply to hair and cover with a cap. Keep the mixture on for up to half an hour, and then rinse with cool water.
