Actress, Ruth Kadiri advises women see men as head of the home

Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri, has reacted to the controversy on social media surrounding the birthday tributes of General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, to his wife, Foluke.

Pastor E.A Adeboye, while celebrating his wife who clocked 72, said that the husband is the head of the wife. According to him, no matter how educated or successful a woman is, her husband is the head and must regarded as such at all times.

Reacting to this, Ruth Kadiri took to Twitter to support of pastor Adeboye, saying that women should not compete with men for the head position. She tweeted:

“Pastor Adeboye isn’t lying at all.The Bible clearly states that Man is the head and the woman should be submissive to him. Don’t drag the position with a man,he will respect you for that. No man wants to lose that position or be denied of it.”
