The Minister of Youths and Sports Development, Mr Sunday Dare, on Tuesday said African youths need digital skills development for the 21st century economy. He made this statement during in a webinar monitored in Abuja and hosted by the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO). She is among 819 members invited by The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to join The Academy’s membership class. Markus Kattner, FIFA’s finance director, who under Sepp Blatter who also served as acting secretary general, has been banned from all football-related activity for 10 years. He was also fined one million Swiss francs ($1.056m) after being found guilty of conflicts of interest and abusing his position, FIFA announced Tuesday. The Federal Government has approved a “safe reopening” of schools nationwide in the next phase of the gradual easing of lockdown order to contain the further spread of COVID-19. It comes with certain conditions, only graduating students are to resume.
