There appears to be a gradual comeback of former president of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN) Bolaji Rosiji, who in recent times has been rallying young and old artistes for the support of his charity project, the Gaurapad Foundation.
Only recently, the celebrity monk, who rewarded partners and distributors at a programme called Gaurapad Loyalty Awards, at its Maryland, Lagos head office, got the popular Project Fame West Africa winner, Chidinma Ekile to serenade the crowd.
The compelling voice of the petite singer wowed many, as she sang her popular tunes, including Emi Ni Baller andKedike.
The hip hop artiste joins the list of other stars, such as Nollywood actress Tina Mba and Reggae star Ras Kimono and songstress Stella Monye, who have endorsed Rosiji’s charity works.
According to Rosiji, the his organization has not only empowered the youths with innovative ideas, it has also improved lives and built the infrastructure for sustainable economic and social development.
“It is a well-known fact that poverty presents an existential threat, so this programme is interested in how to increase economic opportunity and decrease income inequality.”
He said the organization donates up to 110 percent of Gaurapad proceeds to charity.”If we give 100 percent, that means we have given all that we have. If, however, we can give 110 percent, that means we have given all that we are. We will accomplish our mission through the development of highly effective transdermal health care products, while creating economic freedom for all involved. We will help our partners to be the best they can be, so that together, we will improve the lives of others and build initiatives to enhance world peace and enlightenment,” he added.
