Federal government has initiated plans to end the ongoing pipeline vandalism in the Niger Delta region after a meeting with ex-militants. Paul Boroh, special advisor to the president on Niger-Delta Matters and coordinator of the Amnesty Program, said pipeline vandalism in the region was reducing the economic fortune of the country and inflicting pains on Nigerians.
