Imo State Government has instituted a 5-man administrative panel to investigate various allegations arising from the 2014 Hajj operations, with a mandate to submit its report within two weeks. Amnesty International, has called for immediate prosecution of soldiers involved in the alleged killing of 640 recaptured detainees at the Giwa Barracks in Borno, two years ago.
