As part of new moves to handle confusion arising from abuses in concession agreement terms and conditions by some companies in the last few months, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has sought the support of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) in reviewing concession agreements of the seaports in Nigeria.
